Delete your account
You can delete your Streamy account in two ways.
In the app (immediately)
- Open Streamy on your phone and sign in.
- Go to Settings › Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Without the app
From your account's email address, send an email to support@streamytv.app with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and email address
- All your encrypted data: playlists, provider login, watch progress, My List and settings
- Your linked devices and sessions
- Your subscription status at Streamy
What remains
- Data may remain in backups for up to 30 days; after that it is gone.
- An active subscription is not cancelled automatically. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google keep purchase records under their own policies.
