Privacy policy

Streamy collects as little as possible. Your playlists, IPTV provider login, watch progress and My List are encrypted on your device before they reach our server. We cannot read them.
Who is responsible
Streamy is an app by Maiko Kuipers (Kuipers Development), registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95029746, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Privacy questions: privacy@streamytv.app.
What we process

We use no ads, no trackers and no analytics services. We do not sell data.
What never reaches us
The app connects directly to your IPTV provider to play content; those streams do not pass through our server. We do not see which channels, movies or series you watch. Payment details are handled by Apple and Google; we never see them.

Transfers outside the EU are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Deleting your account
Delete your account in the app via Settings › Account › Delete account. Your account, encrypted data and linked devices are deleted immediately. They may remain in backups for up to 30 days. No access to the app? See delete account. Cancel an active subscription in the App Store or Google Play.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object. Send your request to privacy@streamytv.app; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local authority.
Legal basis
We process your data to provide the service you use (performance of a contract) and to keep Streamy secure (legitimate interest).
Children
Streamy is not intended for children under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update the date above. We will tell you in the app about important changes.
