Pairing a TV

Open Streamy on your TV; you'll see a QR code and a code. Open Streamy on your phone, go to Settings › Account › Pair TV and scan the code. Your playlists then appear on the TV automatically.

Forgot your password

Choose "Forgot password" when signing in; you'll get a code by email. To get your synced data back you need your recovery code, or another device where you are still signed in. Without either, your account remains but starts with empty data.

Subscription

You get 7 days of free access. After that, subscribe to Streamy Pro on your iPhone or Android phone via Settings › Streamy Pro. Your TV gets access through the same account. Cancel in the App Store or Google Play. New phone? Choose "Restore purchases" on the same screen.

Channels or movies don't work

Streamy plays what your provider delivers. If a stream doesn't work, first check that your provider subscription is active and whether it works in another app.

Delete account

In the app via Settings › Account › Delete account, or see delete account.
