Terms of use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms apply to the Streamy apps and the Streamy account. The Dutch version is leading.

1. What Streamy is

Streamy is a media player. You use it to play content from an IPTV subscription you take out yourself with a provider of your choice. Streamy does not contain, sell or provide any channels, movies, series or other content, and is not affiliated with any IPTV provider.

2. Your responsibility

Only use sources you have the rights to. You are responsible for the playlists and login details you add and for complying with your provider's terms. Streamy does not condone using sources without the rights holders' permission.

3. Account

You need an account to use Streamy. Keep your password and recovery code secret. Your data is end-to-end encrypted: if you lose both your password and your recovery code, we cannot recover your synced data either.

4. Trial and Streamy Pro

5. Availability

We do our best to keep Streamy working well, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Whether a stream works also depends on your provider and your connection.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Streamy is not liable for indirect damage or for the content and service of your IPTV provider. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may block an account in case of abuse or breach of these terms.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will tell you in the app about important changes. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
